Once form is submitted……
Unfortunately, we are unable to take on every tattoo request, so we have added a section below to help give a better idea of the content we are focused on for scheduling. Each artist books about two to three months out. If you are trying to align your appointment with travel dates, please send consultation sheet two months in advance. Please include your desired time frame so that we may accommodate you the best we possibly can. We receive an overwhelmingly large volume of consultation form submissions as such at this time.

If you will be late please let us know. (Communication is key, please call or text if running behind) If you cannot make your appointment, please reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so results in a loss of your deposit. A nonrefundable deposit will be due before an appointment can be made. This amount will come off total cost of tattoo. (For example, if you leave a $300 deposit and your tattoo is $1,000 then you would pay $700 the day of your appointment.)
Tattoo Selection
Depending on the design you have selected you will be sent to an artist that fits that style best. Each artist specializes in their own styles. To get a better idea of what the artists specialize in and what they are interested in, you can look at their portfolios. Each artist has listed styles they enjoy doing.
If you consultation form is declined….
We are fortunate to receive more requests for tattoo work than we can accommodate at any given time, so please don’t take it personally. If your design does not fit within the artist’s specialties, or they simply can’t take on any new work at the moment, they will decline.
Bring with you….
For your appointment, a valid driver’s license, state ID, or passport is required. We do not tattoo clients under the age of 18 even with parental consent
